Blackball movements are inspired by the realistic needs of surfing from paddling, to pop up, the compression/extension movements in speed generation, through the rotation and weight shifting involved in every type of turn.
WORKOUTS
Combining a range of core Blackball movements our workouts help you build the strength, mobility and agility needed for all stages of surf progression. There's minimal equipment required and all workouts can be modified to push but not break you.
MINDSET
All Blackball programs include numerous mindset sessions that share insights on how to progress in and out of the water. Lulke shares tips and insights that are proven to help in the highest competitive stages of surfing and life in general.
