GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Blackball isn't yet "another" thing to add to your training regime. All movements, workouts, and programs increase functional strength, cardio, and mobility sure... BUT they all apply directly to your surfing. EVERY. SINGLE. MOVEMENT.
1-1 COACHING
Each surfer follows a tailored program comprised of daily breath, mobility, and workouts. Regular coaching huddles, hop in live sessions, or binge on-demand tutorials.
