TUTORIALS
Our Tutorials section provides quick, but thorough step-by-step instructions for every movement in the Blackball program. View every movement from multiple angles to understand how best to execute each for optimal gains.
WORKOUTS
Access an ever-increasing set of workouts, each focused on training different aspects of your surfing foundations, from paddling to speed generation and turns. Most workouts range from 20-40 minutes making it easy to work them into even the busiest schedules.



TRAINING PROGRAMS
Blackball Programs are six-week journeys that deliver new mobility and training workouts weekly, beathwork sessions, and mindset tutorials to your fingertips. Plus you get 1-1 coaching with Luke that will personalize your journey no matter what your level.
1-1 COACHING
In addition to optimized training sessions and tutorials, the Blackball App provides 1-1 coaching directly within the App. You'll be able to communicate with Luke throughout your training journey, get technique feedback, and schedule 1-1 sessions to ensure you stay locked in during your programs.
